While perfecting his craft restoring the spanish forts of Southern Florida, Brian along with his wife Kim, founded the business in 1981. Later, in 1990 the couple chose to relocate from St. Augustine, Florida to Warsaw, Indiana where they have remained ever since.

Concepts is a family owned and operated business, which offers the luxury of one-on-one consultations adjusted to the clients needs. With over 35 years of total experience the business takes much care and pride in their projects.

Some of the business’ recent projects include Integrity Real Estate and Warsaw Public Library in Warsaw, Indiana as well as Cerulean Restaurant and Light Rail (formerly Park Avenue Bakery) in nearby Winona Lake, Indiana. Their work has also been featured on the cover of Tile and Design and Installation Magazine as well as the Builders Journal of Northern Indiana.
